The North 3 UEP project is located in the northwest quadrant as shown on the maps below.

North 3 UEP service area is divided into seven separate construction contract areas, as shown below. The project generally includes properties located south of Kismet Parkway W, west of Old Burnt Store Road N, west of Burnt Store Road N, south of Tropicana Parkway W, and east of Burnt Store Road just south of Embers Parkway W. Construction is expected to be complete late 2028/early 2029.
